It is a nonprofit financial organization driven by its mission to accelerate shared prosperity and revitalization in underserved communities through the provision of capital in Memphis and Shelby County.
RCC has more flexible lending policies than traditional banks, so we are often able to look beyond the bad credit of borrowers. We combat predatory lending from factoring banks, online banks, and cash for title lenders by providing reasonable interest rates.
